Job Description
We are seeking agile and proactive candidates skilled in the following. Preference will be given to those who can commit to the full 7-month period.
Admissions Support
- Assist with the planning and logistic arrangements for our annual admission interview exercises throughout January till July.
- Support data management, documentation, and reporting processes to enhance workflow efficiency.
- Handle logistical and clerical duties, ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks and proper record keeping.
- Contacting and scheduling of candidates.
Events Support
Support the marketing team with executing the various social media ideas relating to Open House and various Learning Journeys.Assist in the coordination and execution of events, meetings, and projects within the department.Support student engagement initiatives, outreach events, and orientation activities.Any other tasks assigned by the BBA Undergraduate Studies Office.
Qualifications
Preferably a diploma or degree holder from a local tertiary institution.Relevant administrative or event coordination experience will be an advantage.Candidates with no prior experience but who are keen to gain work experience in a dynamic university environment are welcome to apply.Skills and Competencies
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Familiarity with digital tools such as Canva, Microsoft Forms, or other online collaboration platforms (e.g., Teams, SharePoint, Zoom).Savvy with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok) and basic content creation or scheduling tools.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Good interpersonal skills and a positive, service-oriented attitude.Meticulous, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.A team player who is also able to work independently with minimal supervision.Adaptable and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.More Information
