About the Role

We're looking for a driven Account Manager to join a small, dynamic sales team. This is a hunter role focused on new business acquisition and strategic growth within the government sector. You’ll take a consultative approach, building long‑term relationships and delivering tailored solutions – not chasing quick wins. You’ll need to be adaptable, self‑sufficient, and comfortable managing your own admin, while leveraging support from senior leaders and technical presales resources. An attractive uncapped commission structure rewards your success.

Day to Day Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities, focusing on government clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships through a consultative sales approach
• Navigate AoG Marketplace processes and frameworks to drive successful outcomes
• Collaborate with technical teams to design tailored managed services and security solutions
• Manage sales administration, including contracts, proposals, and reporting
