• Drive innovation and measurable impact across growth, efficiency, new revenue streams, and people enablement by leading the development and execution of Les Mills’ AI & ML strategy.
• Shape the future of fitness technology by architecting and delivering advanced AI and machine learning solutions, including agentic AI, that are robust, scalable, and aligned with business priorities.
• Foster a culture where innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning are at the heart of everything we do by building and nurturing a high-performing team of engineers and data scientists.
• Ensure Les Mills remains at the forefront of industry advancements by making strategic decisions on building, buying, or partnering to deliver world-class AI solutions.
• Set the standard for AI in the fitness industry by championing responsible and ethical AI practices, embedding trust, transparency, and governance into every initiative.
• Create lasting value for millions of fitness enthusiasts worldwide by collaborating with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to turn AI vision into measurable business outcomes.

About The Role

We’re looking for a Head of AI and ML within our Data, Analytics & AI team. We are focused on driving business value by unlocking the potential of ML, AI and Agentic AI systems to deliver data products and solutions that support Les Mills’ mission of creating a fitter planet.

Skills And Experience You\'ll Need

You have a proven track record of driving AI transformation across an organisation—translating business needs into technical strategy and ensuring measurable business impact through innovative, robust AI and ML solutions. You are an experienced leader, skilled at building, mentoring, and inspiring high-performing teams of engineers and data scientists to deliver at scale. Your background includes architecting and delivering advanced solutions, including agentic AI systems, making strategic build, buy, or partner decisions, and embedding responsible, ethical AI practices throughout the organisation.
