Remote Compensation Philosophy
Remote's Total Rewards philosophy is to ensure fair, unbiased compensation and fair equity pay along with competitive benefits in all locations in which we operate. We do not engage in cheap-labor practices and pay above in-location rates to support global talent-hiring and local wealth creation in developing countries. Salary bands vary by role, level, and location.
The base salary range for this full-time position is $26,700 - $60,050 USD . The actual base pay depends on location, skills, experience, training, business needs, and market conditions. The salary range may be subject to change.
At Remote, internal mobility is a key element of employee growth and development, supported by a compensation philosophy that guarantees pay equity. All compensation changes related to internal moves are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
