Application

We are currently seeking an experienced and hardworking HVAC Technician for our Auckland branch to compensate the workload generated from our commercial projects. Successful candidates would need to have experience in installation and maintenance of mechanical ventilation and air‑conditioning systems. They must be self‑motivated, able to work effectively with minimal supervision, comfortable working alone and with others, and possess excellent communication and customer service skills.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities

• Installation of chilled water systems, refrigeration pipework, ducted split systems, VRV systems and hybrid systems.
• Maintaining and repairing ventilation and air‑conditioning systems and equipment.
• Fault finding and repair of HVAC systems and equipment.
• Install new parts and products and test to ensure they are working correctly.
• Inform clients on how to use and maintain their product.
• Identifying maintenance risks on equipment.
• Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems and providing solutions to repair.
• Cleaning, adjusting, and repairing systems and performing services.
• Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
• Ensuring compliance with appliance standards.
• Follow health & safety guidelines.
• Complying with service standards, work instructions and customers’ requirements.
