About the Role This is a senior operational role suited to someone with a strong background in the electrical or high-voltage industry who is ready to step into a broader leadership position.

You'll oversee daily operations, lead project delivery, manage teams, and maintain strong client relationships.

You'll also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support strategic planning alongside the senior leadership team.

You'll work closely with the Board and senior leadership to ensure projects are delivered safely on time, and to a high standard - while also identifying opportunities to improve systems, grow capability, and support long-term business goals.

You will have the full support of the leadership team to develop into this role.
