  • About you :
  • A strong understanding of government legislation encompassing national policy statements and local authority regulations.
  • An understanding of laws and regulations pertaining to land obligations, including the Resource Management Act 1991, Biosecurity Act 1993, Forests Act 1949, and relevant national policy statements, would be advantageous.
  • Proficiency in stakeholder engagement and relationship building,
  • Excellent communication, and able to apply a flexible approach to your work,
  • Exceptional communication skills, coupled with the ability to adapt flexibly to varying work scenarios.
  • Hands-on experience in the operational aspects of land management within a scheduled and planned maintenance environment
  • Experience in contract administration or project management.
  • An excellent problem solver with the capacity to apply logical reasoning to multiple situations and make decisive decisions.
  • A Valid unrestricted New Zealand Drivers licence.
  • You may also bring :
  • Proven experience in customer service management,
  • Experience with working collaboratively with Iwi Partners
  • The expected appointing range for this role is : $85,000 - $95,000, dependant on experience.
