UTILITIES OPERATOR

Overview

As a Utilities Operator you will sit within the Utilities team at Pan Pac, based at our Whirinaki site, 15 minutes north of Napier. Our Utilities Operators are vital to ensuring our internal customers have a continuous supply of steam and utility services to keep their operations running. You will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and operating a modern thermal generation plant, a steam turbine, fresh water and wastewater treatment plants and two wood waste boilers. In your role you will work 12-hour shifts (6 AM – 6 PM & 6 PM – 6 AM) on a 4 days on, 4 days off schedule, giving you a great work-life balance.
