ABOUT THE ROLE

In this role, you’ll focus on planning media activity across a range of clients. You’ll shape recommendations, keep things moving, and make sure everyone has what they need. You’ll stay close to results and give clients clear, helpful updates. It’s a hands‑on role that blends planning, coordination, and client support. Although the role is remote, you’ll still have regular in‑person client interaction in Auckland.

  • Build effective media plans across key channels.
  • Run WIPs and keep campaigns moving smoothly.
  • Talk clients through planning recommendations and insights.
  • Manage media partner relationships and bookings.
  • Support post‑campaign reviews and organise results.

  • SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

    This role suits someone who enjoys the strategic side of media work and is comfortable managing different clients and priorities. It’s well suited to someone from an agency background who collaborates effectively with senior team members, communicates clearly, and brings an organised, considered approach to a busy workload.

  • Media planning experience in an agency environment
  • Strong communicator who enjoys working with clients, suppliers, and media vendors
  • Confident interpreting data and sharing insights
  • Able to lead planning discussions and keep tasks on track
