About the Opportunity

At Visy Board NZ, we’re proud to produce innovative, sustainable packaging solutions. We’re now seeking a Supervisor – Day Shift to lead and develop teams at our Hamilton site. This role requires previous experience in printing or a print‑related background to help ensure our products meet the highest quality standards.

You will lead a dedicated production team, driving safety, efficiency, and quality while supporting ongoing improvement initiatives. Reporting to the Shift Manager, you’ll be hands‑on in building capability, managing performance, and ensuring our people are set up for success.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead by example to embed and maintain a strong safety‑first culture.
• Manage and develop teams to achieve production, quality, and DIFOT targets.
• Conduct training, development, and performance management for team members.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to lift productivity and reduce waste.
• Partner with other departments to resolve issues and deliver customer requirements.
