You will be working with a passionate team providing climate change advice from high-level corporate strategies through to practical tangible implementation across a vast array of projects.You will have the scope to utilise the vast and collective expertise developed over 100+ years within Beca across multiple disciplines to turn actions into reality, offering our clients end-to-end solutions that few others can provide.
At Beca you will have the opportunity to truly make a difference to clients' climate change related challenges, supporting them to enhance climate resilience in their organisations and communities.As a Senior Associate – Climate Resilience, you will be working in a complex and fast-paced environment tackling climate change adaptation and climate risk.
You will partner with our clients, develop an understanding of their business, goals and objectives, and then provide robust and pragmatic solutions to shape a resilient future together.You will largely work with New Zealand and Pacific clients and are expected to leverage your existing network to pursue climate resilience work, grow our offering into new markets and geographies, and deliver multi-disciplinary projects across local and central government, transport, water, energy and defence.In this role, you will technically lead projects, coach juniors, lead data analysis, facilitate workshops, prepare reports, and contribute to business strategy and new ideas.
You will be backed by Beca's subject matter experts across environmental, engineering, design, digital and project delivery practice areas, providing you access to industry knowledge and established client relationships.Ko wai koe | About youThis role will enable you to bring your passion for climate change, combining it with your existing experience and expertise to solve real-world client problems.
