About the Role
We are looking for someone who thrives in a busy environment providing proactive clinical advice and support across multiple services for patients with ACC or non-resident eligibility. You would be one of the key contacts for the ACC & Eligibility team, fostering strong relationships throughout the hospital right from the ground level up to senior management in order to support complex discharges, funding pathways, education and more.
The salary range for this position is $98,000 - $103,000.
About the Team / Service Location
The ACC & Eligibility team provides comprehensive revenue recovery maximisation and support services to the organisation in relation to ACC and patient eligibility processes and policies. This includes the completion of claims and treatment injury processes, invoicing, training and provision of advice to clinical and clerical staff.
