Overview
Publicis Re : Sources is seeking a visionary and results-driven Transformation Director to lead and orchestrate strategic transformation initiatives across Southeast Asia, China, and Australia-New Zealand. This role will be pivotal in driving change across end-to-end processes—spanning both agency operations and Re : Sources shared services—to deliver operational excellence, digital integration, and scalable business value. The Transformation Director will define and execute a multi-market transformation roadmap, optimize operational workflows, champion digital integration, and oversee large-scale programs, managing change and ensuring alignment with global and regional priorities.
Responsibilities
Strategic Transformation Leadership
- Define and execute a multi-market transformation roadmap aligned with Publicis Groupe’s global strategy and regional business priorities.
- Lead cross-functional programs that integrate finance, HR, IT, procurement, and media operations across agencies and Re : Sources SSCs.
- Champion the “Power of One” model by aligning transformation efforts with agency and client needs.
End-to-End Process Optimization
Identify inefficiencies and redesign core operational workflows across markets, including P2P , O2C , GL , compliance, and reporting.Drive harmonization and standardization of processes across SEA, CN, and ANZ, ensuring scalability and agility.Program & Change Management
Oversee large-scale transformation programs from initiation to delivery, ensuring milestones, budgets, and KPIs are met.Lead change management efforts to ensure adoption of new systems, processes, and organizational structures.Partner with regional HR and communications teams to embed change culture and continuous improvement .Stakeholder Engagement & Governance
Collaborate with agency CFOs, SSC leads, and global transformation teams to ensure alignment and transparency.Establish governance frameworks and reporting mechanisms to track progress and escalate risks.Serve as the senior interface for transformation updates with executive sponsors and market leadership.Technology & Data Integration
Partner with IT and data teams to drive digital transformation , including ERP upgrades , automation, and analytics enablement.Ensure seamless integration of platforms such as Altair, Starscape , and vendor portals across regionsQualifications
12+ years of experience in transformation leadership, preferably within shared services, media, or consulting environments.Proven track record of leading multi-country transformation programs with measurable impact.Strong understanding of finance, HR, IT, and operational processes in agency or SSC settings.Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills across cultures and seniority levels.Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP), process reengineering, and digital enablement.PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or similar certifications are a plus.Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin) is a must.Additional information
