About the role

CARTERS St Lukes has an opportunity for a Class 2 Driver / Customer Service Representative to join their busy yard team. This versatile role involves operating a Class 2 to deliver building materials to construction sites and providing support in the yard – picking and packing orders, and operating a forklift to load product onto delivery trucks.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and pride themselves on exceptional service and delivery to our customers in a timely, professional, and safe manner. With your high energy and can‑do attitude, you can expect to :

• Drive a Class 2 truck
• Load and unload building materials either with a forklift or manual handling
• Carry out customer deliveries efficiently and on time and in accordance with health and safety regulations.
• Pick and assemble customer orders.
• Provide exceptional customer service to all customers on and off site.
