  • About The Role

    Join our dynamic NZ sales team as a Business Development professional, focusing on selling NHP and Rockwell services to end users, working with a portfolio of service offerings. Reporting directly to the Sales Manager - Services, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, building strong relationships with end users, and driving sales growth.

    Key Responsibilities Include

  • Identify and engage with potential end users to promote NHP and Rockwell services.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for end users, where you will build and maintain strong relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote NHP and Rockwell services and network with potential clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status.
  • Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance sales effectiveness.
  • Ideally you will have / be

  • Previous experience in sales, business development and customer focused solutions
  • Experience operating a CRM database or similar
  • An ability to ‘listen to the customer’ and translate needs into business solutions
  • Outstanding communicator who thrives on building strong customer relationships
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of initiative and accountability.
