In this role, you'll be at the heart of our hiring process - ensuring candidates have a seamless experience, hiring managers receive timely support, and our recruitment operations run smoothly.What you'll be doingCoordinating end-to-end recruitment activities : job postings, advertising, screening, and interview scheduling.Acting as the main point of contact for candidates throughout recruitment and pre-boarding.Preparing and issuing employment contracts, and managing pre-employment checks.Supporting recruiters and hiring managers with all administrative aspects of the process.Maintaining accurate data and reports in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Partnering with People Operations to deliver a smooth pre-boarding experience.Contributing ideas to continuously improve recruitment processes and candidate experienceQualificationsPrevious experience in recruitment coordination, HR administration, or a similar support role.Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and Microsoft Office Suite.A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the confidence to work with a range of stakeholders.Don't meet every single requirement?
