Nurse Practitioner - Aged Care

About the Role

We're seeking a General or Nurse Practitioner to join a collaborative, values-driven team providing high-quality clinical care in Aged Residential Care. You'll work closely with a supportive multi-disciplinary team to enhance the wellbeing and quality of life for residents and patients in the community.

The role offers approximately 12 hours per week across two sites, with genuine flexibility to fit around your lifestyle.
