We're on the hunt for a passionate, dedicated, Occupational Therapist to join our team in Blenheim - a hidden gem with breathtaking landscapes and laid-back charm.

About the role

Reporting to your Team Leader, you'll be part of a vibrant team culture that supports and empowers each other every day.

Vocational Rehabilitation (SAW & BTW)

Confident delivering workplace assessments, graduated return-to-work plans and task analysis

Knowledge of vocational services pathways

Community Rehab Services

Provide rehabilitation and support to individuals within their community

Work within a multi-disciplinary team to help clients achieve their rehab goals

Knowledge of community services pathways

What you'll do

Use your clinical expertise to support clients inhomes, workplaces, and communities —no two days are the same

Deliver care that aligns with ourstrong internal focus on excellence and outcomes

Be part of ahigh-performing, supportive teamthat values collaboration, growth, and innovation

What you'll bring

A drive to make a difference and deliver outstanding care

High-level clinical reasoning and adaptability across a spectrum of client needs

A commitment to continuous learning and professional development

Proven ability to deliver client-centred rehabilitation in community

Clear, professional written and verbal communication with clients, whanau and stakeholders

At least 2 years' experience working within vocational rehabilitation and community rehabilitation services
