We are currently seeking a Sales & Purchase Administrator primarily working with the Motorcycle Brands CFMOTO and Sherco to join our friendly and dynamic team based in Rosedale, North Shore. This is a diverse and fast‑paced role that offers variety, responsibility, and the opportunity to work with a passionate team in a growing business.
Key Responsibilities
- Responding to dealer and customer enquiries regarding sales orders, stock availability, and general product information
- Processing sales orders and purchase receipts in our ERP and B2B systems
- Allocating incoming stock to relevant sales orders and managing backorders
- Preparing and issuing invoices, credit notes, and finance documentation
- Liaising with finance providers and internal stakeholders on floor‑plan matters
- Generating and distributing regular sales, stock, and performance reports
- Coordinating with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery
- Maintaining accurate records of transactions, supplier communications, and inventory movements
- Supporting the wider team with general administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and document management
- Assisting with internal audits, stocktakes, and compliance reporting
- Participating in process improvement initiatives and contributing to a positive team culture
About You
Proven experience in an administrative, sales support, or purchasing roleStrong customer service skills and a professional, can‑do attitudeExcellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple prioritiesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and experience with accounting or ERP systemsA passion for motorcycles or the powersports industry is a bonus!What We Offer
