About the Role

With new apartments and care suites on the way, we’re looking for an experienced Village Manager or senior operational leader to guide our team and residents through an exciting period of change and growth.

Your ability to build relationships, communicate clearly and keep residents at the heart of decision‑making will be key to your success. As Village Manager, you’ll be the trusted face of Parkside — leading day‑to‑day operations across both the village and care home, supporting our people, and ensuring residents enjoy a safe, engaging and well‑run environment.
