Toyworld Tauranga is expanding! We're adding a brand new Toyworld store at Tauranga Crossing Shopping Centre, to provide more of the Toyworld magic to The Bay!

We have 2 brand new part-time positions on our team for people with a genuine passion for customer service... Do you take pride in creating positive in-store experiences and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes? Are you available for an immediate start?

As a member of our team, you’ll be the face of our store – welcoming customers, providing tailored service, and ensuring the sales floor is always looking its best. Beyond the counter, you’ll also play a vital role in managing inwards goods, stock control, and maintaining accurate data using our retail systems.

What You\'ll Be Doing :

Delivering exceptional, customer-focused service every time

Providing knowledgeable advice on products to help customers find exactly what they need

Handling sales transactions, returns, and general inquiries efficiently

Helping manage and processing inwards goods and stock replenishment

Maintaining clean, organized store and displays

Accurately entering data into inventory and POS systems

Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

What We\'re Looking For :

A genuine passion for excellence in customer service with a proven track record of providing outstandingcustomer service

A highly motivated individual with a strong work ethic and reliable attendance

Experience in stock handling and inwards goods processes preferable

Confident using retail computer systems and updating inventory systems accurately

High attention to detail and the ability to multitask

A team player who wants to work in an environment where you really matter
