Site supervisor

We are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic Site Supervisor to join our team at Precision Projects SA Limited .

We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a team environment.

At Precision Projects SA Limited, we specialise in demolition and deconstruction, consistently performing with attention to detail and delivering quality service. Above all, we prioritise safety in every aspect of our work.

This is a full-time permanent opportunity with minimum 32 hrs / week.

Key Responsibilities :

Planning sites and ensuring documentation is prepared.

Driving team capability, safety, and overall performance.

Working hands-on alongside the team when required.

Monitoring project progress through weekly coordination meetings and providing feedback reports to stakeholders.

Ensuring compliance with QA and ITP requirements.

Communicating effectively with clients.

Bringing passion and drive to ensure projects are completed on time.

What We Are Looking For :

A minimum of two years of relevant experience or a Level 4 qualification (or higher).

Strong communication and leadership skills.

A team-oriented individual with a commitment to safety and quality.
