We are seeking registered nurses to join the outpatient team at the North Shore Hospital on a four-week rotational flexible roster, with the option to work five hours shifts Monday through to Friday.

The shift patterns will cover hours within 07 : 30-13 : 00 and 13 : 00-19 : 30 dependant on clinics running.

The role is perfect for individuals seeking flexibility and a work life balance without compromising on career growth and development.

Responsibilities include :

Provide clinical care and assistance to patients and their families attending clinic appointments

Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure efficient patient flow.

Supporting and assisting medical, orthopaedics, surgical and womens health clinics

Skills and experience required :

Recent ED / ADU or A&M experience suits the Outpatient environment, skills in post op wound care, cast care and assisting with clinical procedures is advantageous as well

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with an ability to be flexible and adaptable to the changes that occur throughout the day

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

Commitment to providing patient centred care is a must.

Our department manages over 100,000 appointments per year, with a focus on delivering positive patient experience.

It is a complex environment that requires broad clinical knowledge.
