About the Role
Are you passionate about creating meaningful connections and helping families find the perfect early learning environment for their tamariki? We’re looking for a proactive and people-focused Occupancy Support Specialist to champion enrolment growth across our centres.
In this pivotal role, you’ll support Centre Managers to convert enquiries into enrolments, ensuring families experience a warm, professional, and seamless journey from first contact to joining our community.
What You’ll Do
Respond to enquiries across multiple channels (phone, email, social, web) within service level agreements.
Partner with Centre Managers to optimise occupancy and conversion strategies.
Provide accurate, engaging information about our centres and programmes.
Maintain and update enquiry management systems.
Analyse data to identify trends and inform marketing and operational decisions.
Support marketing campaigns by nurturing leads and tracking conversion metrics.
You’ll collaborate closely with
Centre Managers, Administrators, and Regional Managers.
Finance, Education, and Marketing Teams.
Parents, caregivers, and community partners.
Success in this role means
High enquiry-to-visit and enquiry-to-enrolment conversion rates.
Timely and professional communication with families.
Insightful reporting and data-driven decision making.
Strong relationships with centre teams and external partners.
What You’ll Bring
Experience in customer service, ideally in education or childcare.
Familiarity with CRM systems and digital communication tools (Discover preferred).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organisation and multitasking abilities.
A collaborative, adaptable, and values-aligned approach.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ECE management systems (e.g. Storypark, Discover).
A knack for using data to inform decisions and drive results.
