Sales Stylist

Sunglass Style is seeking a talented part‑time Sales Stylist to join our team in Hornby, Dress Smart Outlet Centre Canterbury. As a Sales Stylist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and styling expertise to help our customers find the perfect sunglasses to suit their individual needs and preferences.

What you’ll be doing

Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, building rapport and understanding their style preferences and requirements.

Provide expert advice and styling recommendations to help customers find the most flattering and suitable sunglasses.

Assist customers with trying on different frames and styles, ensuring a positive and enjoyable shopping experience.

Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, offering additional products and services as appropriate.

Maintain a clean, organised and visually appealing store environment.

Contribute to achieving sales targets and key performance indicators.

Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously develop your product knowledge and styling skills.

A passion for fashion and styling – You have an eye for trends and a natural flair for helping customers find the perfect look.

Excellent customer service skills – You are friendly, approachable and committed to delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

Strong product knowledge – You are eager to learn about our range of sunglasses and be able to confidently discuss their features and benefits.

Retail experience – Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role is preferred.

Availability for part‑time hours – You are able to work flexible hours, including weekends, to meet the needs of our customers.
