Sales Stylist

Join our thriving retail team as a Part-Time Sales Stylist at our Hornby, Christchurch store on Fridays and Saturdays. In this engaging role, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and styling expertise to help our customers find the perfect sunglasses to suit their individual look and needs.

About the role

Providing personalised customer service and styling advice to help customers find the ideal sunglasses

Maintaining excellent product knowledge to educate customers on the features and benefits of our sunglasses range

Assisting with visual merchandising and store presentation to create an inviting shopping experience

Achieving individual and team sales targets through suggestive selling and outstanding customer service

Processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently

Contributing to the overall success of the store through active participation in team meetings and activities

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a customer-facing retail role, preferably in the fashion or accessories industry
• A genuine passion for fashion and an eye for styling and visual merchandising
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers
• A driven and enthusiastic approach to achieving sales and customer service targets
• A flexible and adaptable mindset to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
