Opportunity

You will lead the roll‑out of the company’s new budgeting, reporting and analysis tools. This role involves working closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure successful deployment, integration, and adoption of the platform, enhancing the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

Responsibilities

Lead the rollout of new BI tools, including planning, implementation, configuration, and post‑deployment support.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective system configurations and workflows.
Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure timely and within‑budget delivery of the implementation.
Provide training and support to end‑users, ensuring smooth adoption and effective use of the Workday Adaptive Insights platform.
Conduct data migration, system testing, and troubleshooting to ensure accuracy and reliability of financial data.
Continuously evaluate and optimise the system to meet evolving business needs and enhance functionality.

Qualifications

Experience implementing a full ERP or budgeting and forecasting tool.

Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

SQL experience highly desirable.

Proficient in data analysis, data migration, and system integration.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
