Service Department Team Lead

We’re on the lookout for a hands‑on, reliable Warehouse Floor Team Lead to help keep our Service department running smoothly. You’ll be guiding daily work, supporting team performance, and making sure our customers get the best every time.

Sunday to Thursday Twilight Shift (1800 - 0230) Full Time

What you’ll do

Work alongside the Service Manager and Service Supervisor.

Help with leading the workflow in the Ambient and Chilled Fresh & Frozen area.

Maintain accurate picking and packing of customers orders.

Support the team, including training and onboarding new team members.

Support wider warehouse operations when needed.

Ability to motivate the team through training support and setting the example and standards.

Previous experience working with large teams (advantageous, not essential).

What you’ll bring

• Experience in food, warehouse, or similar roles is helpful but not essential.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in a fast‑moving environment.
• Physically fit and comfortable working in the evening and at times in cold conditions.
• Good communication skills and a genuine desire to support the team to get the job done.
• Reliable, honest, and willing to pitch in and help the team.
• Forklift license, WMS or SAP experience are bonuses.
