• About the Role
• We are seeking an experienced and motivated Clinical NurseManager(CNM) to lead our General Ward and CCU at Te Tai o Poutini.

Thisis an exciting opportunity to influence rural healthcare outcomes while workingalongside Operational Managers and the Nurse Director Operations to deliverhigh-quality, sustainable, and integrated care.The CNM will provide clinical leadership, workforce support,and operational oversight to ensure our patients receive timely,evidence-based, and culturally safe care.

This is a key leadership role,offering the chance to shape service delivery and drive excellence in ruralhealth outcomes, with a strong focus on equity for Maori.

You'll be passionate about advancing equitable outcomes for Maori andrural communities, while supporting your team to achieve excellence in caredelivery.
