Lentune is looking for a Senior Product Designer who brings strong design craft and deep product thinking, someone who can shape not just how our platform looks, but how it truly works.

This isn’t a visual-design-only or UX-only role. It’s about solving real customer problems alongside product and engineering in our Christchurch office. You’ll lead customer research, map flows, design end-to-end features, and help our cross-functional team build tools that genuinely make people’s work lives easier.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead End-to-End Design
• Own the design process from discovery through delivery. You’ll work across key features – thinking through structure, flow, interaction, and layout.
• Run Customer Research & Discovery
• Plan and lead interviews, usability tests, and research cycles that inform product decisions. You’ll distill insights into clear recommendations that improve outcomes for our customers.
• Work Closely With Product & Engineering
• Collaborate in-office with the Head of Product and our dev team to iterate quickly and build things that actually ship. You’ll help define scope, shape features, and adapt designs as things evolve.
• Bring Clarity to Complex Problems
• Our product touches a lot of moving parts – you’ll help untangle workflows and guide the team toward intuitive, scalable solutions.
• Champion a Consistent UI
• Maintain and evolve our design system in Figma, supporting visual and interaction consistency across the product.
