You will collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product managers to bring AI solutions to lifeWhat you'll doAt the moment, as Senior AI Developer you will be focused on : Model DevelopmentDesign, develop, and implement complex AI models, including machine learning and deep learning modelsExperiment with various algorithms and techniques to optimize model performanceCollaborate with data scientists to refine data pipelines and feature engineeringData EngineeringWork with large and complex datasets to extract meaningful insightsClean, preprocess, and transform data into suitable formats for model trainingDevelop efficient data pipelines and data ingestion processesModel DeploymentDeploy AI models into production environments, ensuring scalability and reliabilityMonitor model performance and implement retraining strategies as neededCollaborate with infrastructure teams to optimize deployment and infrastructure costsResearch and InnovationStay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learningConduct research and experiments to explore new techniques and applicationsShare knowledge and insights with the team through presentations and technical discussionsCollaborationWork closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and product managersCommunicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholdersContribute to a positive and collaborative team cultureWe are a pretty agile company, and are keen to respond to customer, technology and internal stakeholders' changing requirements and this can mean we evolve in our roles to meet those needsWhat you'll bringRequired experience : Strong proficiency in Python programming language and AI / ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras)Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms (e.g., linear regression, logistic regression, decision trees, random forests, neural networks)Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluationKnowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)Familiarity with generative AI technologies and large language models (LLMs)Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision applicationsStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsExcellent communication and collaboration skillsA passion for learning and staying up-to-date with the latest AI trendsNice to have : Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision techniquesKnowledge of MLOps practices and toolsExperience with big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark)Experience with frontend technologies like React JSWhy join us here at Datacom?
