- Design and deliver integrated marketing and education programmes, including seasonal campaigns, public events, and school initiatives.
- Drive behaviour change campaigns that make a real impact on water literacy and customer choices.
- Segment audiences and tailor communications for different customer groups.
- Ensure brand consistency across all channels and strengthen our employer brand.
- Oversee website content and customer collateral, making it clear, accurate, and easy to understand.
- Lead a small team, providing coaching and clear direction.
Ngā pūkenga e rapu nei mātou | About you
Tertiary qualification in communications, marketing, or related discipline.7+ years’ experience in senior communications roles, with proven success in multi-channel campaigns and brand management.Strong communicator with exceptional writing skills and ability to simplify complex information.Experience in behaviour change marketing and education-focused campaigns.Highly organised, adaptable, and collaborative.Skilled at audience segmentation and tailoring messages for diverse customer needs.Experience in local government or public sector (desirable).Ngā hua māu | What’s in it for you
