About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Physiotherapist for our expanding Kapiti team in Wellington.
This full-time, permanent position (Monday-Friday, 40 hours) will be based in our brand-new, spacious clinic.
You will work within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team and have the opportunity to grow expertise in Integrated Care Pathways (ICP) contracts.
Full training and mentoring are provided.
Responsibilities
Provide high-quality, evidence-based physiotherapy
Assess and treat clients with a variety of musculoskeletal conditions
Collaborate with funders, employers, and multidisciplinary team colleagues
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and case notes
Contribute to team meetings and weekly CPD / in-service sessions
Gain experience across a range of ACC contracts, including ICP, Pain, Med Fees, and Training for Independence
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy (or equivalent)
Current practising certificate and indemnity insurance in New Zealand
2-5 years' clinical experience preferred, though recent graduates may apply if passionate about quality care
Previous ACC contract experience is advantageous but not essential
Strong clinical reasoning, confident decision-making, and clear, concise report writing
Excellent time-management, communication skills, and a client-focused approach
Professional, positive, proactive attitude, able to work independently yet collaboratively
Willingness to learn and develop ACC contract management skills
