Trade Compliance Executive

Responsibilities

Ensure all trade compliance, regulations and chemical status are updated / followed to achieve zero incident

Develop customized reports / dashboards using BI tools to improve SCM data visibility

Propose and drive improvement activities based on data analysis findings and trends

Ensure projects which are tasked are followed up and completed smoothly & on time

Ensure that all SCM regulations / processes / workflow are update to date

Establish, implement and provide defined corporate compliance training, facilitate STC / BCP audit process in partnering regional management to tailor and drive internal control policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Diploma / Degree in Business / Supply Chain / Logistics related.

Minimum 2-3 years of project management, Supply Chain operations experience.

Knowledge of trade compliance (STC), import / export and regulatory compliance management in ASEAN / Pakistan.

Strong knowledge of all or some supply chain functional areas including but not limited to supply and demand planning, customer service, warehouse and logistics.

Working knowledge of computerized ERP environment, preferably SAP system.
