Position : Biology PhDs (Wet Lab Experience)
Type : Hourly Contract
Compensation : $60–$80 / hour
Location : Remote
Commitment : 10–40 hours / week
Role Responsibilities (Training support will be provided)
- Biology Research Evaluation : Test AI models' understanding of potential failures in biological research protocols and identify ways to mitigate these issues.
- Content Development : Apply your knowledge of biological research methodology to assess and develop strategies for improving AI capabilities in biological research.
- Collaboration : Work closely with researchers and peers to refine content, validate accuracy, and ensure that AI models meet scientific standards in the biology domain.
- Documentation : Contribute to developing scientific benchmarks for AI model evaluation in the biological field.
Requirements
Ph.D. student or higher degree (Postdoctoral Fellow, Research Scientist) in Molecular Biology, Microbiology, Bioengineering, Immunology, or a related field.Strong professional experience of wet lab experience.Extensive familiarity with biological research methods, protocols, and failure modes.Exceptional attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.Application process (Takes 20 min)
