About the Role
The primary purpose of the National Transactions Automation Specialist role is to ensure smooth interface between FPIM and other systems that interact with the AP and AR modules, whilst resolving errors and exceptions as a result of this.
You will help resolve tickets raised in Service Now and oversee the resolution of exceptions reported by apps such as Satori, More4Apps, and other applications used in AR or AP.
About you
You will have at least 1 year's financial experience in the Order-to-Cash or Procure-to-Pay work streams with a strong understanding of these processes. A strong proficiency in Oracle FPIM, EDI, invoice scanning, or other relevant equivalent tools is essential.
You grasp technical concepts with ease and adapt to changing situations successfully, whilst ensuring you drive efficiency through simplification to deliver savings.
