You'll lead a talented team, transforming our store into a visuallystunning, customer-friendly space that drives sales and creates anunforgettable in-store experience.What You'll Be Doing : Lead,coach, and inspire your team, helping them grow their skills and reachtheir potential.Designand implement eye-catching in-store displays that delight our customers.Ensureall signage, promotions, and displays meet brand standards and legislativerequirements.Collaboratewith Marketing and Store Management to bring campaigns, events, andpromotions to life.Overseethe Stock fill process, ensuring products more efficiently from InwardsGoods to the shop floor.Createengaging social media content and marketing materials to showcase ourlocal campaigns.Maintaina safe, compliant, and smoothly run store by following health, safety, andinternal policies.What We're Looking For : Strongleadership experience who can motivate a team and deliver results.Knowledgein merchandising techniques, stock management, and in-store displaystandards.Provenability in digital marketing, social media, and creating on-brandpromotional content.Strongcommunication, collaboration, and team management skills.Proficiencywith MS Office and digital content creation tools to support operationaland marketing activities.Tertiarylevel qualification or equivalent in Digital media, advertising &marketing or a related field is essentialWhat we offer : This is a permanent full-time role,guaranteed 40 hours per week, Monday to FridayStaff Buying PrivilegesPaid Day AnniversaryCompetitive Hourly Rate : $
