As a Customer Care Analyst, you will play a key role in helping customers migrate their software applications from private to public cloud.
You will manage specific cases, resolve issues, and ensure every customer feels supported and heard.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively manage and escalate customer issues to prevent potential issues before they escalate into a crisis
Ensuring timely and accurate handling of requests via Salesforce
Coordinate internal processes to meet client migration timelines
Requirements
Exceptional customer service skills, along with high attention to detail
Ability to efficiently manage and monitor substantial amounts of data
Strong written and communication skills in English
Experience working within a fast-paced call centre environment
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar ERP systems
Resilient, adaptable, and dependable
Quick learner with the ability to pick up new systems and processes
