About the Role
The Delivery Coordinator plays a vital support and administrative role in managing and coordinating multiple projects and programs within the organization. This role ensures effective communication with stakeholders, providing clear visibility of delivery milestones and deadlines. Working closely with delivery teams, project managers, and stakeholders, the Delivery Coordinator supports project prioritization, scheduling, resource planning, and risk management. By monitoring plans, schedules, budgets, and resources, they help ensure projects meet their delivery targets efficiently. Additionally, the role contributes to the continuous improvement of P3M practices by developing frameworks, templates, and tools, maintaining systems, and promoting best practices and lessons learned across the Digital Delivery teams.
About the Team / Service / Location
The Delivery Coordinator role is part of the Digital Delivery team within the broader Digital Services Group. Reporting to the Capabilty Manager Delivery, this position supports a national team focused on the successful coordination and delivery of multiple projects and programs across digital initiatives. The team is committed to driving efficiency, consistency, and best practices in project and program management to ensure timely delivery and value realization. Working collaboratively with delivery teams, project managers, and stakeholders, the team plays a crucial role in advancing digital transformation efforts, ultimately supporting improved outcomes for clinical, consumer, and corporate stakeholders.
About you
You are an experienced delivery professional with a strong background in coordinating technology projects and programs. You bring a detail-oriented and proactive approach, coupled with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Comfortable working in fast-paced and dynamic environments, you understand the importance of meeting deadlines while maintaining quality and alignment with project goals. With a solid grasp of project management methodologies and a commitment to continuous improvement, you will contribute to the successful delivery of digital initiatives.
