DKAG Hospitality Ltd in Wellington region ( at Tawa) is looking for
two Indian chefs who have two years' work experience as a chef NOL skill level 2.
Only New Zealand citizens, residents, or on an open work visa
with valid work experience in Indian cuisine in Tandoori and Curry cooking can apply.
Pay rate $28-$32 / hour and overtime at the same pay rate $28-$32 / hour.
Wages will be paid weekly into their nominated bank account.
Working hours 11 am- 2 : 30 pm lunch and 4 : 30 pm - 9 pm dinner
as required with weekends' availability.
Duties :
portioning food, placing it in dishes, adding gravies, sauces and garnishes, observe if any dietary
allergies reported by the customers,
checking the cleanliness and operation of equipment and premises before production runs to
ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
Comply with hygiene and sanitation regulations and policies.
