Theatre Care Assistant (Tca)

About The Role

We're looking for a dedicated Theatre Care Assistant to join our dynamic team and play a vital role in the smooth and safe running of our operating rooms.

This is a fixed term role offered at 0.5 FTE or 20 hours per week to be worked Monday to Friday.

Specific Duties

Assisting with room set up and preparation for scheduled cases.

Support patient safety by understanding key infection control principles.

Ensure all communication supports effective teamwork.

Skills and Experience

Previous experience in a healthcare setting.

Able to work flexible hours.

Have basic computer skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Adaptable to changing environments.

Shows commitment to ongoing development.

Passionate, caring and positive, can-do attitude.
