The Quality and Patient Safety team at Te Pae Hauora Ruahine o Tararua – MidCentral is seeking an experienced and motivated leader to step into the role of Acting Quality Assurance Lead.

This is an exciting opportunity to provide operational leadership and ensure continuity of quality assurance processes across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and support the Quality Assurance team, fostering collaboration and high performance
• Manage team engagement, leave approvals, and coordination of meetings
• Oversee governance processes for Serious Adverse Events, including HQSC reporting
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting
• Facilitate corrective actions and evidence submission following Certification audit
• Support Quality and Safety Marker initiatives.
