As we grow, we’re looking for an experienced Senior Civil Quantity Surveyor to take the lead on financial and contractual management, allowing the owner to step back and focus on strategic oversight.

The Role

This senior position offers autonomy and flexibility. You’ll manage cost control, tendering, and contract administration for civil projects, ensuring smooth delivery and profitability. Your expertise will help shape the future of our business.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for civil works (drainage, roading, subdivisions).
• Oversee budgets and monitor project costs.
• Manage tendering and procurement processes.
• Administer contracts, variations, and claims.
• Certify progress payments and final accounts.
• Provide strategic cost advice and risk analysis.
