Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of Business Support Solution platforms. Ensuring platform health requirements are understood and being met by their responsible owners.
• Manage IT services to meet business needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and manage the performance of service providers, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement in IT service management processes and practices.
• Develop and maintain documentation for IT service management processes and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with security best practices and data protection standards.
• Manage resources effectively to meet committed company business objectives and the product roadmap.
• Provide regular reports on IT service performance and improvement initiatives.
• Budget, manage and control Digital Opex (Direct and Indirect)

You will bring extensive experience in IT operations, platform management and leading high performing teams. You will prioritise providing leadership and guidance to the team, creating an innovative and collaborative environment.
