Job Description

As a Programme Manager, you’ll be the friendly face that makes the afternoons (2.30pm - 6pm) unforgettable for children. You’ll be working a minimum of 15 hours per week, rostered across Monday to Friday, with potential school holiday programme hours available and hours to support the school community and events representing sKids.

Here’s what you’ll be up to

• Be the superstar running our sKids programmes day-to-day – from set-up to smooth operations – while building awesome relationships with our school communities
• Supervise and join Tamariki in awesome activities like arts & crafts, sports, games, offsite adventures (swimming, walks, picnics, movies), baking, drama, and music
• Lead safe, fun, and engaging sessions that keep kids buzzing while making sure everything runs smoothly
• Be the friendly, go-to face for parents and schools, including but not limited to attending community events and cultural days at the school on behalf of sKids, keeping communication warm and positive
• Guide, support, and inspire your team to shine and bring their best every day
• Arrive early to prep activities, co-ordinate Programme Assistants, and set up resources for a smooth start
• Increase community engagement for sKids
