We are looking for an enthusiastic team member for Maternity Cover to join our dedicated growing team who want to make lending about people again. There may be an opportunity to transition into a permanent position as our business continues to grow.

Based in Taupō, you will provide the best possible support to our clients. You'll be responsible for :

• Giving our clients a warm and personalised service
• Providing lending support from the start of the application process through to loan generation, often all within the same day
• Analysing financial information and completing loan documentation
• Supporting our existing customers throughout their loan journey
• Accurately maintaining databases and records using efficient systems.
• Empathetic, discreet, and kind
• Able to prioritise multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure
• Positive in outlook and motivated by a challenge
• A problem-solver who delivers practical solutions
• Methodical, with a good eye for detail and the ability to follow established procedures
• Someone who shows initiative, reliability, and a professional approach to work
• A team player who enjoys contributing to a positive culture and achieving shared goals
• Able to commit to working at least one Saturday a month
