THE ROLE
- Responsible for working on a portfolio of accounts handling domestic and international bookings
- Provide an exceptional level of service and fast turnaround times
- Develop strong working relationships with your clients and suppliers
- Oversee financial transactions, invoicing, margins, credits, deposits, payments, and cancellations
- Promote the company's brand through participation in networking events
- Exceed customer service satisfaction standards by understanding and anticipating clients' expectations
