Crown Infrastructure Delivery (CID) is seeking a proactive Project Controls Specialist to drive risk management and robust controls across high-impact government infrastructure and construction projects.

About the Role

You’ll work closely with clients, Programme Delivery teams, and the Project Support Office (PSO) to :

  • Lead the development and maintenance of risk registers and mitigation strategies
  • Support project governance with accurate, timely reporting on risk exposure and project performance
  • Contribute to planning, scheduling, and resource forecasting to keep projects on track
  • Ensure project documentation and controls meet organisational standards.

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong background in risk management within complex projects or programmes
  • Experience with project controls tools and methodologies (e.g., scheduling, cost tracking, risk analysis)
  • Excellent communication skills to engage stakeholders and influence decision-making
  • Ability to translate complex risk and scheduling data into clear insights for stakeholders
  • Knowledge of project controls best practices and continuous improvement approaches.
