Job Description

Contribute to the continued delivery of exceptional customer service, maximise profitability and enhance efficiency through the Warehouse Team. Delivers operational excellence, by ensuring policies and procedures are followed, compliance is ensured, and efficiency is maximised.

  • Deliver efficient Distribution centre activities, ensuring the right stock is received and delivered to the right place at the right time, through :
  • Accurate validation of deliveries from carriers
  • Accurate and timely inbound goods receivable and processing from all Suppliers
  • Accurate and timely returns processing, including credits, repairs, SORs and reverse logistics
  • Accurate and timely transfers – inbound / outbound
  • Accurate and timely customer order fulfilment (collect and delivery)
  • Complete inventory integrity tasks including rolling stocktakes, investigations and stock adjustments;
  • Effective record and invoice management : Comply with all Distribution centre process controls and safety requirements, with particular emphasis on safe product handling, use of equipment and machinery and incident reporting
  • Manage order fulfilment (delivery & click and collect) in line with procedures, including product pick and pack & dispatch, order fulfilment enquiries and carrying out same day delivery to customers, where designated to drive
  • Contribute to optimal DC space management, organization, stock flow and product storage in the back of house, in accordance with approved warehouse Set-Up guidelines
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team and deliver a positive experience for both instore and online customers
  • Continuously improve skills and product knowledge through available online platforms and active participation in other development opportunities
  • Contribute to maximising opportunities to recycle waste and reduce environmental impact

    • Qualifications

  • Previous retail operations experience preferred
