We have an exciting permanent opportunity for a Production Inventory Management Administrator to join our Planning & Logistics team based out of our Christchurch, New Zealand site.

Responsibilities

  • Manage hold, rework, regraded, and expired product to ensure compliance with Heinz policies and procedures
  • Liaise with FSQ, Production, and Warehousing teams to ensure timely and correct handling of hold product
  • Record and enter product data results into relevant systems and trackers, including creating Certificates of Analysis (COA's)
  • Perform data entry tasks, including entry of results from co-processors and processing of COA's for customers
  • Lead "Hold" meetings to ensure holds are being actioned in a timely manner
  • Assist with incident investigations and product sampling as required
  • Manage rework, expired product, and product regrades, including updating records and coordinating sampling arrangements
  • Collaborate with the planning and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations and provide support during peak periods
  • About you

  • Experience in a food processing and / or food packaging environment
  • Expertise in FSQ processes and systems within the FMCG industry
  • Hands-on componentry management and assembly skills
  • Computer literacy (Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel)
  • Technical knowledge of BPCS
  • Understanding of Certificates of Analysis documentation
  • Eligibility to work in New Zealand with full working rights.
